Key Features of the Tribit StormBox Blast 2

Sound that fills a yard. The Blast 2 is a 2.1-channel design with an 80W subwoofer, dual 45W mid-range drivers and two 15W silk-dome tweeters, driven by two TI amplifiers and dual passive radiators. Tribit rates the output at 200W on AC power and 180W on battery. Plug it in and Tribit says you get higher output.

Bass you can feel. XBass adds deeper, thumping low end. If you want the older StormBox Blast sound, the Tribit app has a "Blast traditional" EQ preset (you'll need the latest app and firmware).

Concert-style width. The X-3D sound effect widens the soundstage. It has to be switched on in the Tribit app.

Karaoke ready. Two 6.35mm inputs for wired mics, with adjustable reverb, so you can run a karaoke night without a second system. Microphones aren't included.

All-day battery. Up to 30 hours at 50% volume with XBass and lights off. It charges by AC (about 5 hours) or USB-C (about 12 hours), and the USB-A port can charge your phone when the speaker is on and the battery is above 20%.

Built for the outdoors. An IP67 rating covers dust and water. Tuck the rubber cover on the back in tightly when you're near water.

Party features. Customizable dynamic lighting that syncs to the beat, TWS (true wireless stereo) pairing with a second speaker, and Stereo or Party mode for two speakers.
